    US #65 tied to an attractive Union Patriotic Maj. Gen. McClellan and map of Washington DC cover by a Washington DC 15 OCT 1861 circle date stamp. Printed in blue ink. A beautiful Magnus (Weiss FP-GM-111) patriotic that has been roughly opened at top with repair. Filing stain on front of cover. Still a great item. Please add postage.
