This 2 piece outfit is sewn for an adult doll collector. It may have s
mall parts that are not safe for children ie snaps, flowers etc.
The dress is in the style of a short sleeved dress. The dress has designs of the rhyme .. Little Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly. Such funny characters! The bodice and the skirt are in this design. There is a hem band of variegated color stripes. The sleeves are white with a white/purple polka dot trim. I used a purple/white and blue/green polka dot trim around the skirt. There is blue piping around the neckline. I have included a blue ribbon that you can use as a tie  at the waist or in your doll's hair.
The back of the dress has 3 snaps for closure which makes for an easier on/off dressing of your doll.
The bloomers are made of white fabric and edged with the same variegated stipe fabric. It has elastic at the waist and knees.
I use a serger machine & regular stitch machine to sew the seams.
