    Description

    This is a great at home mat. At 4' x 6' x 1.25" it is much too small for sparring. Personally, I used it to practice rolling, falling and throwing. However, this mat can have many uses: stretching, Yoga, floor exercises, just about anything that a good clean compact exercise mat can do, as well as martial arts.
