Scarce and rare, printed during World War II.
Authoritative and definitive work on Canadian Stamps and Postal History. Volume One has 761 pages Volume two has appendixes " A " to "S" and are not numbered in total. Going by the thickness, it is about 1/2 of the pages of Volume one ,
The Cover is clean and attractive the Edges has Shelf Wear on the Spine, Corners and Edges. The Hard Cover is partialy detached from the spine, especialy in the First Volume (See Picture # 3 and # 4
)The bindings is holding well but since it is so old it is weak from aging.
The pages at the extreme edges are slightly foxed. No page penciling, no page creases, no page corner bends. Looks like it has barely used .

This unfortunate action by the USPS has significantly increased the postage charges for foreign locations. I am sorry for this USPS decision that will now affect not only me but also so many of my foreign friends who have made purchases from me in the past by raising the cost of international business dealings. Conditions of Sale
I am a longstanding member of the AMERICAN PHILATELIC SOCIETY. The lots you see on my eBay are genuine and described to the best of my ability. On rare occasions mistakes do happen. I will do my best to correct them and make things right in any way I can. There is a 30 Day return policy for most of my lots. There is no refund of the postage costs unless I made a mistake. Large and Mixed Lots, that due to their nature are impractical or outright impossible to describe in full are offered as NO RETURNS. They are NOT returnable. Also the exception is, If I made a major mistake, wrong lot etc.
