    Description

    This folded letter, a printed bill claiming 'arrears,' was mailed by the East Worcestershire Waterworks Company from Birmingham to Redditch in 1890 franked by a 1/2d vermilion QV Jubilee issue of 1887, Scott 111, tied by a squared circle handstamp.
    The bill is for: 'To Water Rent for the Quarter ending Lady-day, 1890.'
    Small file punch and a few staple holes (see scans); 2" separation along fold, top edge / 1" at lower fold left edge (see scan). Redditch circular date stamp verso as arrival marking.
