Offering a great 1862 Civil War Patriotic Cover featuring an Eagle perched over
two unfurled American flags, all over circular cartouches of each of the original
thirteen states, all the circles forming an oval.  Addressed to a "Miss Liggy
Slick, Chester Co, Penn."
The envelope has a canceled stamp, the stamp being US #65 (Walcott 2957".
Pre-Owned, in good condition, slit opened at end of envelope.
